The estimator doesn't recognize the USB connexion from a camera.

If any of the following symptoms occur.

  • A message to confirm the connecting destination is displayed on the camera's monitor.
  • The photographic camera's disk bulldoze Removable Disk is non displayed under Computer in Windows.
  • The NONAME icon or Untitled icon is non displayed on the desktop in Mac.

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot why the computer does non recognize the USB connection from a Sony digital camera.

  1. Check the USB cablevision.
